Shipping information:

• We welcome online, email, phone and fax orders.
• Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days unless you’re contacted otherwise.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card as payment for online orders
• Shipping will be via United States Postal Service (USPS) – first class – Priority (regular or flat-rate). Our experience has showed us that USPS first class or Priority mail offers consistency and quick turnaround at a reasonable cost. If you require another shipping method that we can accommodate, contact us for a confirmation and quote.
• Outside the U.S. we use Priority Mail International flat rate envelopes or boxes whenever possible plus a $1.50 handling fee. Insurance is required and charged on any order to be shipped outside the USA at $2.75 for the first $100.00 of product value and an additional $1.50 per $100.00 of product value if required thereafter.
• All our shipping/handling charges quoted are ESTIMATES. If the actual shipping cost is significantly different than our rate chart, the charge will be reduced or increased accordingly.
• Shipping charges are figured on the total dollar value of the order. If there is any item that is a “sale” item on your order, the’ regular price’ of that item will be used to figure the correct shipping charge even though you are paying the sale price for ‘sale’ items on your bill.

USPS – Priority Mail International Rates

Canada and Mexico Priority Mail rate:

• Priority envelope (maximum weight 4 lbs.) $10.95
• Priority box (maximum weight 20 lbs.) $25.95
• (Please note: handling fee and insurance are in addition to the above costs)

Sales Tax:

Orders placed from within the state of Nevada will have 7.10% sales tax added. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs, duties and taxes.

Store Policies:

Because of copyright issues and with respect for the designers, we do not accept returns on books, magazines or patterns. No returns on ‘cut’ fabric. All sales are final on items that are “on Sale” so please ask any pertinent questions prior to purchasing those items.

Unopened ‘kits’ can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
